Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Regions Financial en feb 2010
Entrevista
A recruiter contacted me about an opening with Regions. An HR rep with Regions contacted me and went through the standard list of questions to assure I was in fact qualified for the position and asked me to provide a resume. A week later I was asked to come in for an interview with the hiring manager. I arrived 10 minutes early for the meeting. The hiring manager greeted me 30 minutes later (20 minutes after scheduled meeting time) and we adjourned to a nearby conference room. The hiring manager started our interview off with "I hope you don't have any friends or relatives that were with Regions prior to the AmSouth merger." I explained that I did not and was told that the former Regions workers were not very good and the former AmSouth management group had been working diligently to get rid of as many former "green" people (Regions employees) as possible. I was shocked by this statement to say the least. The hiring manager spent as much time bashing the former Regions group as they did talking about the job. The manager came across as very arrogant and cocky. The interview lasted a total of 25 minutes. I left thinking there was no way I was working for a company like this.
