Nothing hard. Lots of questions about what makes you a good salesperson. I did a lot of listening about the recruiter toot the Bank's horn about how awesome they are.
Long interview. You feel like you did good and they never call back. I interviewed with multiple people and they asked a lot about job experience. Yet, no call back.

It was a straight forward and simple process. There were two interviews. Both of these were good experiences overall. The process took around 2-3 weeks before getting an official offer.
