First round: The screening process was conducted by phone. I wasn’t selected by manager for the second round. The recruiter called me back beforehand to send me the email that I wasn’t going to the second round. I thought it was very respectful since I have been doing so many interviews in Ireland that I do not get any feedback. Regeneron was incredible for that gesture.
