I assume I didn’t get the position. I assume because my face-to-face interview was months ago, and since the interview the following occurred, in order: 1. A couple of weeks after, I received an email from the internal recruiter stating they were going to begin the next step of verifying my references and background. 2. About a month after bullet #1, I was contacted by an external recruiter about the position, asking. If they could submit me for consideration. There I inquired, “Are you following up on an old posting or a new request.” He stated, “A new request. They just reposted this position.” As such, I contacted my references and employers, all 5 said they were not contacted by the Regeneron Team. 3. A couple of weeks after bullet #2, I received a boiler plate email from Regeneron to take a survey about their recruitment process. This was not a notification on the hiring decision. The email explicitly stated such. 4. It’s been over 4 months. I have not heard from them on their decision, if one’s been made and why/why not. Poor form Regeneron.
