I was amazed by their speedy processing and their clear vision and focus on to find out what they need from the new recruit. The interviewers gave a very cool environment and I didn't even realize that they are interviewing me. At the same time they asked very relevant questions as they already had done their homework on my resume.

short process that involved getting interviewed by HR and the postdoc committee. I got a question that made me feel they choose their postdocs based on number of publications not just other achievements

Entrevista
I only did the phone interviews. Generally friendly people asking about my work and background. However, the program is super competitive, about 4-5 positions per year across the entire company.
