A phone screening then an online interview, then an in person interview. They love to ask personal questions about your previous work experience. Just answer honestly. Everyone I have talked to was very nice.

First round hr phone screen, I was ask about some general questions.
Second round team leader interview via team, after knowing my nationality, the leader didn't ask me about the question related to the job at all, the leader started asking me about my homeland instead, it made me confused

Started with a phone screen with HR. Very introductory with basic questions and benefits. Then an interview with the team lead with just basic background questions. Next was 2 3 hour interview with all the team members, with about 30mins per member

The company was not able to sponsor me. But, the process was smooth, and it seemed reasonable. They were also pretty quick in getting back to me. I would definitely suggest you all apply. It would be a great opportunity.
