HR phone interview for 30min to 1 hour, followed by phone interview with hiring manager (also my current manager) for 1 hour. Finally on site interview with peers, direct manager, and senior manager.

Several rounds of interviews related to job function. Cross functional discussion with other departments to discuss more details of working style, collaboration, and expectations of role. There is a few indications of how potential hires will fit within organization that is fast paced and ability to handle complex and alternating task. Time management and decision making are key future performance indicators as well.
