From the moment the recruiter called me I knew this organization was disorganized. Did a virtual interview and felt the supervisor just kept snowballing when asking a question and I couldn't even remember what the question was. Then I was referred to this position to interview with instead, and the senior vice president couldn't be bothered to put her camera on. Felt like she had no intention of hiring and just wanted info on other organizations because she asked me to submit sample work, then got ghosted.
