I Applied online using regmovies.com. The hiring manager emailed me to set up an in person interview. the interview took about 15 minutes, after which I was offered a position.
Asks questions about experience with customers and how to deal with messy situations. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule and be able to work long shifts. Very good overall and very kind people.

Met in person for 30-ish minutes with two managers who were just a few years older than me. They asked questions ranging from my past experiences to my love for film and availability.
