Applied Online, was contacted for an interview around 2-3 weeks later. Interview was very short, and they gave me employee reference sheets. These were difficult to get filled out as I had to pester my past employers, but once these were in, they called me to offer the job around a week later.

What will your availability be during the holidays?
Asks questions about experience with customers and how to deal with messy situations. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule and be able to work long shifts. Very good overall and very kind people.

Met in person for 30-ish minutes with two managers who were just a few years older than me. They asked questions ranging from my past experiences to my love for film and availability.
