The conversation with the recruiter was amazing, she was knowledgeable, easy to speak with and was totally aware of the company and able to answer immediate questions. After the initial call the next phase was to meet with the hiring manager then a peer in the current position. This experience was pleasant as both individuals were great to chat with. The final phase was flying out to the HQ to meet and interview with about 6-7 individuals ranging from peers, managers, leaders of the organization. A presentation was completed during this last phase. Each conversation was great as I learned more about the individuals and what brought them to the company and what was keeping them there! The overall experience was easily one of the best interview processes that I've gone through.
