I applied by email and was informed via email that they wanted to set up a phone interview. They called at the time they said they would a few days later. Phone interview lasted about 20 minutes, and interviewer was warm and friendly while still being businesslike. Interviewer gave a very good overview of what they company did and what the position would entail.
