The interview process was ok…I was clear upfront about my salary requirements and was told by the recruiter that was in range and would be ok. The hiring manager was awesome, and all other interviews went well…I got a call from the recruiter that I was going to get an offer and she sent me the benefits info as well as holiday schedule etc…then while waiting for my offer letter the recruiter told me that the salary was lower then what I wanted…after I had gone through the whole process? But, she was working on getting me at least a signing bonus or extra bonus potential…after a week I heard nothing…so I follow up…only to be told they are going a different direction because they couldn’t give me what I was looking for…no explanation, no apology for being told I was getting an offer then not following up or following through….so I’m not entirely sure what happened or what changed but it was a bit frustrating and disappointing.
