Very awkward, the owner mostly spoke about his company and himself, not giving me any opportunity to speak for myself or answer questions. I even had to interrupt at one point to speak about myself. I was told I would be called for a second interview and then never heard from them again until I reached out. I don’t understand how someone can be so unprofessional to a) not give me the opportunity to speak in my interview b) bring up inviting my in for a second interview then never following up C) not alerting me when they decided to give an offer to someone else. All in all, very happy I didn’t get an offer.
