It was a highly disorganized interview process. 3 rounds turned into 5 over a period of a month. Round 1 - The recruiter was the only one who was polite and respectful to me. They were very knowledgeable about the company and the phone screen with them was a good experience. Round 2 - This was a behavioral interview. It was a great experience with them as well. They were very impressed with me. Round 3 - Technical interview with a person, who I found to be completely lacking in basic manners. They would not even acknowledge or reply to a thank you email after the interview. Nor reply to any questions that I had before the interview to clarify any doubts that I had. The whole time they looked like they was not happy with what I said. Round 4 - This was supposed to be the last round just to introduce me to the team. This interview was scheduled 2 weeks after the last one. The previous people were present here. The new panel member's English was soo poor that I couldn't understand what they were saying most of the time. They kept on rambling about why I am changing my career direction. I could see that over the period of almost 1 hour the previously impressed members started agreeing as well. Round 5 - On the same day as round 4 I had an interview scheduled with another team in the same organization as well, as suddenly the original team had decided to hire someone else. In this final interview there were 2 members from two different teams who just asked me some simple behavioral questions. It was clear that they were not prepared for this. In the end I got the job with one of the teams, and not with the team with whom I had interview over 1 month. The whole thing felt very disorganized.
