First time: two technical interviews one after the other, some 45-60 minutes each. They presented the company, asked me to present myself and then 2-3 code questions on a whiteboard. Later some 3-4 SQL questions on a laptop. I was asked to describe a past project. Second time: VP R&D interview, followed by an HR interview. Third time(!): A 4-hour simulation of working with the designated team on real system tasks.

In the first interview had short theoretical developing questions - short, 15 minutes. In the second interview was hands-on coding, was asked to write a driver for db - about one hour
