There's a video call with hiring manager and then an on-site interview with a lunch. Everything seemed to be okay during the interview. I was called in to meet again and this time it was a different person. In the latter "interview" I was there on-site listening to very petty complaints about my personality. I told the interviewer that I am no longer interested in working at the studio. The culture seemed extremely toxic - borderline sociopathic to ask someone to come in to complain about their personality.
