Entrevista
I recently interviewed for a position with this company and the whole entire process was unprofessional. The employees there were not happy nor did they have anything good to say about the company. I was offered a formal interview where I accepted and then declined the next day due to employees opinions and reviews I read on Glassdoor. HR contacted me, clarified a few things and invited me to still come in for the interview which I accepted. On the day of my interview, I met both Mr. and Mrs. Reddy. I greeted both of them but was only greeted back by Mrs. Reddy. Mr. Reddy was into his phone and never said a word to me the whole interview. Mrs.Reddy was nice at first until my interview turned into a questioning segment before the actual interview started. They seemed more interested in The Who said what than what I was actually there for. I had already discussed all of that with HR the day before. There was also things that was suppose to be discussed during the phone interview and they weren't. My hopes of obtaining this job were already crushed just by the environment and meeting Mr. and Mrs. Reddy didn't make me feel any better. Mrs. Reddy threw small jabs at me with sayings like "you wouldn't be productive to us" since I didn't have X-ray training. I just felt that was very unprofessional. Needless to say I didn't hear back from anyone. If I was offered the job, I wouldn't of taken it. I hope Mr. and Mrs. Reddy learn something from this situation.

I was told Reddy was hiring and applied online. It took about a month to come in for my working interview and another several weeks after that to get my formal interview scheduled. The CFO was 45 minutes late to my interview (I almost left and now wish I had) and said she was at home during the workday and lost track of time and "did not even know" she had an interview that day. It made me feel unimportant right off of the bat, especially since it was business professional and I had prepped a lot for this. It was a bad first impression and showed the lack of order this place has.

We have a no-phone policy here at Reddy Medical Group. Only providers may have a phone on them, no exceptions. What would you do if you saw a fellow employee on his/her phone during work hours?
