I was emailed a few weeks after applying, it said they would like to interview me and that the hiring manager already saw my profile and liked it. So I was already through to the 2nd stage, I was excited! I responded with some available times. Then they asked what time zone I’m in which I found odd because my location is clearly displayed on my resume and application. I responded with my time zone and then I never heard back. It appears I’m not the first applicant they have ghosted based on other reviews here. I’m really disappointed, I thought Reddit was a good company until this experience.
