Communication from the recruiter was spotty at best and I had to ask multiple times to be given details of my conversation with the hiring manager. At the end, during my actual interview, what I faced was a leetcode question but I had been told by the recruiter to prepare for an in-depth hands-on modeling session relevant to my experience (all of 5 years where I haven't had to do a leetcode Q on the job yet). Needless to say, it went poorly. I gave feedback to the recruiter that it was very badly done and they seemed open to the feedback.

The recrutier was extremely supportive. She managed to make you feel that she wants you to succeed. She also provided me with the requested feedback which many recruiter donot do. Protip - Even when they say Googling is allowed, try not to do it. Usually this facility is given to guage real ability of finding the right algorithm for the use case and finetuning.
