Interview process is similar to what you usually go through as a Product Designer:CV/Portfolio review, Behavioural interview with the Hiring Manager, Whiteboarding challenge, Portfolio presentation and 1:1 (peer interviews).
Even though there were multiple stages, I really appreciate having only 3 main interviewing days/"calls", as I had experience when I had 5+ interviewing stages with the company and it can be very devastating.
At each of the steps I had enough time to ask questions and learn more about company. Reddit's whiteboarding challenge was a bit different in a way how you have to be more creative and following the strict frameworks would not be very helpful.

1. Tell me about yourself, what is your story?
2. Explain any of the design concepts to a 5 year old.
3. Did you have situations when something went not the way you initially decided to go.
4. When was the time when someone disagreed with your decision and how did you resolve it (i don't remember the actual wording, but it was something similar)?

1st phone screen was directly with the head of design. Mostly a casual chat and some lecture about design at Reddit.
2nd interview was a whiteboarding exercise. I think I was denied because my final solution did not agree with the economic and political views of the company. I suggested that public goods should be free.

Recruiter communication is below par at best. Lack of engagement and interest to candidates within the pipeline. I had to reach out a number of times to touch base. The scheduling was also miscommunicated and had a few surprise sessions that weren’t on the official interview schedule.
The interviews themselves were quite engaging. It was with a series of cross-functional partners probing into different collaboration and leadership capabilities.
I was asked to do an additional interview, but I’ve still yet to hear back from the main recruiter or hiring manager about any decision made.
