Interviews are done differently. It’s somewhat easier & direct. People seem really nice and you get feedback fast so you don’t wait out toi long which is ideal. And they are able to explain the process to you easily so you get a grasp of what to expect

The information provided to arrive was clearly set out and extremely helpful, the reception staff were very accommodating and the seconds floor receptionist offered me a drink as soon as I came in. The one conducting the interview stages (Sophie) was a lovely woman, super polite, not uptight about anything, quite professionally relaxed and straightforward. She was a good laugh throughout the process and made my nerves feel almost non-existent with her demeanour. Cannot wait to work with her.
