I had a phone screening with their recruiter, which went well so then they scheduled me for an in person interview. I came to their office and met with someone for 1 hour to discuss my experience, the type of work they do there, and then we discussed what next steps would be. He explained to me that from this interview we would move to a "case study" interview which would take a few hours. After the interview, I was told I would hear from the recruiter in order to schedule the following case study interview. I followed up three times and never heard any response. Then a few months after, I received an email inviting me to a networking event from said recruiter that never responded to me. Horrible communication and extremely unprofessional experience with the RedCloud team, which is a huge bummer considering I really enjoyed my time with the interviewer.
