The interview process was great until the final round interview. I left the final round interview feeling like I had just taken a standardized test. They make everything seem like it is open for your interpretation and then grade everything like it's a multiple choice question with one answer.

Quick phone interview to start off with, then a 45 min case interview then an "interview day" which consists of a mix of behavioral and case interviews capping off with a group interview with other candidates to work on lasting about 5 hours. Overall pretty straightforward but frustrated that I had a 5 hour interview which offered little flexibility of days on their part just to not get an offer.

The case interviews ask you to use mental math to calculate metrics down the purchasing funnel such as CTR, CPC and then to compare 2 companies revenues and gross profits to each other. Group interview is an excel case with similar questions.
