I applied online through the company website. The process consisted of a phone interview, case interview, and all day interviews. The first case interview was over the phone. It was over their sales funnel. The full-day at RV consisted of three case interviews that were not too difficult and similar to the first case. Then, there was a group case. They definitely have target schools that they recruit from, and it is very hard for outsiders to get a job with them.

First round interview is a 20 min phone call just talking about your resume and interest in the position. Second Round interview is an on the phone case interview about 45 minutes. Final round interviews are onsite in Charlotte. You show up night before the interview for a dinner with some current associates. Next morning is a 30 minute tour starting at 8am of the campus and then a behavioral interview and 2 case interviews which are back to back and all 30 minutes each. You then have a group case interview which consists of individual work using excel to get profits and then talking it over as a group and with an associate. It then concludes with talking it over with a Director who has some relatively tough questions. The position in general seems to be similar to consulting minus the traveling, but you're just focused on digital marketing stuff. The campus is cool and modern, lots of young grads.
