An HR recruiter contacted me about 2 weeks after I applied online. The conversation was long and all we did was go through my resume IN DETAIL. They focus more on skill set than personality. All questions were geared towards finding out if I could do the job with little guidance coming in. She was tough and tried to move questions quickly. Don't expect much small talk or introductions.
