I had a phone interview that lasted about 30-45 min. Asked about previous jobs on my resume and why I’d be a good fit. They gave me an opportunity to ask a few questions. The had an another interview the next day. A (group) interview that lasted 30 min. Watched a short vid and did a mock sales. Then a 1-1 interview with someone higher up. Interviewer asked a few questions and did another mock call. She gave me some feedback. Had another opportunity to ask questions. Felt like she was reading a script because she didn’t know answers to my questions. She kinda hesitated. I asked if RV had any competition. She looked confused and said “maybe with the companies we partner with but RV as a company we don’t.” And I asked what’s the typical career path for this role. She said there are 4 sales positions, each one has more benefits. But that’s not what I was lookin for. I was lookin for an answer along the lines of, is there a manager position? What comes after sales, a sales recruiter? Should hear something Monday... about a 5 days after the in person interviews. Haven’t had an offer or been declined

Submitted application online then standard phone screen. It was not too difficult and there were no questions asked that I found to be confusing. There were some scenario questions "Tell me about a time" that may be challenging depending on experience.
