30 minutes phone interview, then 1 hour case interview, then they invite you for all day interviews at their office. Phone interview is just basics about yourself, major and experience. The case interviews have to do with a prompt and questions of how to find numbers and do calculations. At the end of the on campus interview, you do a group interview on Excel.

First round interview is a 20 min phone call just talking about your resume and interest in the position. Second Round interview is an on the phone case interview about 45 minutes. Final round interviews are onsite in Charlotte. You show up night before the interview for a dinner with some current associates. Next morning is a 30 minute tour starting at 8am of the campus and then a behavioral interview and 2 case interviews which are back to back and all 30 minutes each. You then have a group case interview which consists of individual work using excel to get profits and then talking it over as a group and with an associate. It then concludes with talking it over with a Director who has some relatively tough questions. The position in general seems to be similar to consulting minus the traveling, but you're just focused on digital marketing stuff. The campus is cool and modern, lots of young grads.
