The hiring process for an adjunct instructor at Red Rocks Community College is pretty straight forward. As most colleges, they are concerned about your credentials. I appreciate there thoroughness in looking into your academic history and the questions were fielded during a teaching demonstration in which I taught a lesson in front of the chair of my department, the academic dean and a few other faculty members. Overall, this experience also reassured me that they were serious about the education that is provided for students.

all remote, mostly email and some on phone. Wanted to know how long I had been teaching the topics and they described the various certs and transcripts I would have to send them.
