Consisted of a virtual interview with hiring manager, a project to assess web development and editing skills, and an in-person panel interview. There was plenty of transparency during the interview process. Initial contact occurred a month or two after application. Duration of interview process was extended compared to experiences elsewhere. Could be standard for higher-ed environments.
