I applied online, got an email a few days later saying to call to schedule an interview. I met with the manager, who was very friendly and it all went great. She asked a lot of scenario questions, and then told me she's going to have the general manager call to set up a second interview. About a week later I received the call and set up a date. The general manager asked some more scenario questions and then told me he's going to read what the manager wrote down during that interview. He came back and told me I'll receive an email saying if I got the job or not, I never received an email. Don't think you've got the job if you get to the second interview process, treat it as important as the first interview.

It was rather intuitive. They ask about your work experience and then proceed to ask about the hardest moments in your working portfolio and how you overcame it. Be steadfast and deliberate with your responses.
