It was a one-day (9am to 5pm) workshop at an assessment centre held in their offices. They invited about 18 other candidates and invited their management staff from different departments to become assessors for us. Candidates had 4 different tasks to complete, first being a group exercise, a 1-to-1 interview, a paired exercise, and finally a presentation on a topic based on the provided guidelines. The tasks were straightforward but there was a lot of flexibility on your approach to solve them. In-between these tasks, candidates had the opportunity to interact with the different members of the management team. It was an interesting AC even though I did not get accepted into their consultant programme.

First round interview with two current consultants. Very chill and they just asked about prior experience and skills and why you want to join Red Hat. The interviewers were really friendly as well!
