The process was too lengthy. First there was a phone intro with the Talent team followed by phone call with a Hiring Manager and then there were 2 phone calls with Technical screening 2 hours each. After that it took them two weeks to setup the final Personal interview round with a panel in their New York City Office. That Interview is approximately 3 and half to 4 hours. Where they asked behavioral questions and made me do a whiteboard presentation. I was completely dis satisfied with the approach as they already picked a candidate before even the final round and they may have done this as a formality. Wasted 6 weeks of my time.
