My process was composed of three parts. First was a resume analysis. The second was an 40 min interview about my personality with an Brno based recruiter. He had my resume on hands and asked about my previous experiences and my motivations to apply to Red Hat. The second interview was more technical, but just simple question like "What will you do if we have to...?", just to check if I'm into the context. That interview was with two IT admins from USA.
