The process was unnecessarily long and tedious. For a company with such high reviews on culture I was expecting the recruitment team to be running a much tidier ship. They were very unresponsive, seemed incredibility un-coordinated with their own team members and just generally confused. I was not impressed. The left didn't know what the right hand was doing. It was long and frustrating.
