I had 5 steps hiring process, I had 1 online video interview, than 2 interviews where we met via a zoom call. After this I wrote a shot assignment, After sending it in I got invited for an inperson interview which lasted for 4 hours, where I met the team and leaders of the division of logistics. I also did a long assignment there and met the team. They told me they would like to get back to me on the week of the interview and let me know the results. They sent an email 2 months later and I ended up not getting an offer. In these two months there was lack of contact and I had to ask for updates as for what we are waiting for. The whole interview process was 4 months long and they kept the candidates waiting only to surely sign someone. I liked the atmosphere and the overall vibe, but the no contact ghosting was a red flag for me.
