The people at RedBull were great and provided a lot of tools to help me evaluate myself which was an amazing experience! Typically companies have you fill out some weird quiestionarre that is suppose to psychologically evaluate you, and you never know what the results are. But with RedBull's wingfinder, they share your results, highlight your strengths, but also point out your weakness's and ways to improve them.
