Nothing crazy, but insanely slow. 1-2 weeks between rounds with no updates. Loved the people I spoke to, but I didn't get an answer about if I got the job until after I emailed asking for an update. Felt as though they were going to ghost, which is unfortunate. Aside from that, lovely people.

Three stages of interview. 1. HR video interview. As usual 2. Manager interview. Discussing the job, all the details. After the interview you are given one week to solve the business case. 3. Director interview. You have to present the business case solution to a manager and then have an informal discussion with higher management. I had it during lunch. Within a week after the last interview got an offer

I applied for this role because Red Bull sounded like a great place to work. I received an email 2 days later saying they would like to invite me to do online screening.
I haven't spoken to anyone at this point, so I didn't really know what to expect. The test was customized to Red Bull and showed a series of pictures that you had to select that would be later used to evaluate your personality/skills. Most were clear on what they were depicting but a few of them weren't clear. It also included a math/logic portion. It was pretty lengthy - it took about an hour to complete.
I received my results in real time. I don't think the results were an accurate depiction of who I was. It said I lacked drive, but most colleagues would describe me as very driven. I never heard back from anyone at Red Bull again, and it has been a month, not even a "sorry, you failed the test". Talk about a negative candidate experience.
