I applied online and one week later I was asked to fill in an assessment. Two days after submitting the assessment, I was invited to take an online interview where I had to answer a couple of common interview questions. It was a bit strange to talk in front of the camera by myself. I had to answer 5 or 6 questions in about 10 minutes.

2. Video Interview - 10 minutes interview max, 5 questions, 30s to think 90s to answer aprox

Entrevista
Very challenging but the best assessment day experience i've had. No company treats you better. You'll first arrive at Salzburg and get picked up. You'll then socialise with the other candidates for an hour until you arrive at the airport where you'll have dinner with your hiring managers. The next day, a set of tasks will be provided such as an individual business case and a self presentation and requires a lot of preparation beforehand! However, what made this process so good was that the company really showed their dedication and care for each candidates at the selection day. The group assessment was very similar to an escape room which is very different in comparison to other companies.

Entrevista
Tedious 6 month process.
1. will out Red Bulls application form
2. personality test with approx. 200 questions and 2 intelligence test
3. Video interview. You record a video. 30sek to read the question and 3min to answer. All automatic
4. Regular interview (first time human contact)
5. Assessment 1.5 day. Had to solve a case and do some other exercises.
6. Meet local CEO

Actually all regular questions like why you, where were you really good at/bad at, if Red Bull was a person who would it be, what are your experiences with Red Bull etc.
The most outstanding question was actually asking what book I am currently reading.
