I didn't make it up to the interview. I was however sent a test. I did not make it to the next round after the review as I was told there were more qualified candidates than me. After all, I did not have work experience or a HR degree.

The test included Raven’s matrices', some situational questions with given answers and an exercise which tested attention and the speed of responses under stress. I had to match up some pictures which some words with a timer set on.
