Had a great interview with a RedBull HR lady. Super short, maybe 20 mins. Only asked me to walk her through my resume but no other questions about the job or company. Told me my background and experience was perfect for the job and that I would automatically be in the next round of interviews so to look for her email for a time in the coming week. After a week I reached out multiple times for her to finally reply with we are going with another candidate. When I asked for the reason I didn't get a second interview like she guaranteed I never heard from her again. I have interviewed a lot since COVID and no other interviewer has gotten my hopes up so high to be completely devastated with no reply back.
