After making it to the final 3 applicants out of 3,000, and several rounds of interviews, I was not offered the position and was told I wasn't allowed any feedback on my interview. As a college student who is seeking to grow and learn from rejections, I was extremely disappointed that they couldn't take 5 minutes to provide feedback. Had there been even ten applicants, I could understand not having time for individualized feedback, but considering there were only two of us who didn't get the position, this was extremely disappointing.
