About a 4 week interview process, several interviews include: recorded video interview, phone interview, in-person interview and then final interview. Red Bull was fast at getting back to me and providing information on how to prep. On boarding was a breeze

If you were given an unlimited budget and resources, what kind of activation would you create on campus?
Creating a case study for a hypothetical event on campus, created a presentation with a prompt and hypothetical budget. Presentation was 15 minutes long and was the last step of interview process.

Video recorded answers then In-person interview at the office. Was not too bad I recommend good lighting for video. Just be honest and try and bring out good energy! You only have once chance to record the video answers.

Smooth, not very professional though. There were Lots of candidates and there was also a group discussion and team activities. It was held in a hotel with the whole field marketing team present
