El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Red Bull

      Entrevista

Their recruiters seem disorganized and do not seem to understand the roles they are hiring for. I saw the job online and applied. The next day, I was asked to take the Wingfinder test, which took about an hour of my day. Then, the next day, a recruiter from Red Bull linked in messaged me and wanted to set up a phone interview. But their message made it clear that they were unaware that I had already applied and had already been asked by someone else to take their test. This was my first red flag that they do not seem to be very professional, but I let it go because I was interested in the position. I responded to the recruiter and said that I had already applied for the position and took the test, and I would be interested in setting up a phone call, as she had suggested. The next day, the recruiter said “nevermind, we realized we don’t want to speak with you for this postion after all” even tho a.) she reached out to me to set up a call and b.) I’m more than qualified for the position much less an HR screening phone call. I provided her with additional details of my experience that really showcased why I think I could be a good fit, specifically mentioning my experience in the exact field for the exact number of years they requested in the job description. Then, in the middle of the night in the weekend (yet another red flag), she emailed me and said they still don’t want to set up a phone interview with me and don’t think I’d be the right fit. Even though, a few days ago, she was the one asking to set up a call. I find it extremely unprofessional that Red Bull has their recruiters messaging people on LinkedIn and offering to set up phone calls when they have no intent on ever actually speaking to these people. I also feel bad for the managers and team members that these open positions would be working with, since these recruiters clearly do not understand the positions they are recruiting for and end up disqualifying top candidates. If this is my experience with just the recruiter, I can only imagine what it would be like to actually work at this company, so it looks like I dodged a bullet.
