Entrevista
Applied through website, CV and Cover Letter required plus some open questions such as "Why you selected this department". After few days I received invitation to do an online test based on personality, situational and behavioral questions with some little and easy logic quizzes (easy, just be yourself). A week after I was asked to perform a video recorded interview, not the most exciting type (find questions below). This type of interviews are a bit tricky since you have only about 30 seconds to prepare questions and then about 3 min to answer. I encountered two unexpected obstacles: 1- Two questions were formulated differently but really asking the same thing; I had only prepared one example to that question, so my advice is always prepare more. 2- just the last question had half of the time to answer; I didn't realize at the beginning so i started my answer which was structured to last more, so when I realized I was running out of time i had to pace up and restructure my pitch. Therefore always check time available. About 4 weeks later or so, I was sent an email asking for a 25 min Skype call with a Head of Operations and an HR Manager. Nothing to worry about, it was all about getting to know me better, understanding my motivations and explaining how the program works. Conversation was very friendly and enjoyable. After interview they said they would let me know in 1 week, if selected I would be admitted to the final step at Austrian HQ for a 3 days AC. Still waiting for answer.

Tell us about a time you were in a difficult situation, how you got out of it ?
Desafiante, 4 etapas hasta la oferta final. Desarrollo de caso de estudio y defensa del mismo . Tiempo aproximado de un mes a dos meses. Última parte defensa en inglés antes lideres regionales
This was a pretty embarrassing process especially from the recruiter. This particular recruiter was the worst at communicating and sparking interest in the job. The recruiter was internal to Red Bull and didn’t understand how to set the interviewer up for success. Lazy and pretentious was the vibe I got all around. The executive director I interviewed with was not a good leader and set a culture of failure. I lost respect for Red Bull and did not accept the offer. They want to create a culture of what people think working at Red Bull is like but internally shy away from actually creating a development culture

Typical interview questions, how would you solve this problem? Case study where they don’t explain what they’re looking for and no respect for the interviewers time

Was contacted by the main recruiter and went through a phone screening with him basically telling me that the next steps were going to be attending their super day in California. Never heard the next steps until I reached out again and received a response saying they were still making selections. Never heard back again until I received the automated rejection email, no contact with the recruiter.
On the bright side had a GREAT experience with the recruiters in EMEA: very responsive and gave me an exciting case study to complete and present via video chat.
