It didn't take long for the recruiter to reach out to me to set up an interview. The interview was in person with 3 leaders. It was definitely more of a conversation about the company, the position, my skills and experience versus a behavioral based question interview, which I really enjoyed. I just never got a call or an email to let me know that they were not going to offer me the job. After the interview, they had sent a follow up email that they would reach out in 2 weeks but never did. I assumed I didn't get the job after a few weeks but it would have been nice for them to follow up considering how much they pride themselves in the work they do.
