I applied for one of the multiple job postings that was facilitated through a third part recruitment company. My resume was nearly a perfect fit for the posted jobs. Went through the whole 5 step interview with positive feedback at each step, then after a few days of hearing nothing, I got a message from the recruitment company that I wasn't what the company was looking for and they weren't able to provide any more feedback. All I can assume is that they are just another company searching for the perfect unicorn. Kinda sad, seems like a pretty neat team.
