Me postulé en persona. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Recovery Network of Programs (Bridgeport, CT) en oct 2013

      Entrevista

On one of two occasions, initial communications needed to be tenaciously followed up. Yet, once the interview process(es) began, I’d have to say, it was probably the most stress free experience I’ve encountered. Whether there are multiple supervisors or one conducting the interview, you will be treated with respect. If you do your research about the company, the current trends of the industry, offer exacting skills you bring to the table, it will be a breeze. Totally unique to my RNP experience, the interviewer(s) will actually compliment and acknowledge the qualities they perceive you have and can utilize in the company. Now, that’s quite a difference from sitting across from some corporate stiff who is groomed to display a neutral body language and “just the fact commentary.” Even if you don’t get the job, the whole experience can be uplifting. The premise of the staff / interviewers is they are in the “helping” profession. So, you can feel pretty confident you’re not going to get beat up intellectually and / or verbally. The environment(s) are comfortable, clean, and bright. The culture is positively “client-centered.”

      Preguntas de entrevista [1]

      Pregunta 1

Regarding interview questions: I believe what you are asked is to determine if you are a cultural fit, responsible, and dependable. I assume if you’re applying for a specific position, you are ready to highlight your qualifications, accomplishments, and the added value you bring with you. I am totally immersed in the field, so, what might be considered a technical question was every-day common-talk. Best interview(s) I have experienced.
