Overall process will take up to approximately eight weeks from the start of the interview till the date of offer. I went through a total of six rounds of interviews with the HR and members of the team. Every single interviewer was extremely polite and professional, answered my queries with lots of specifics. A writing test is required to proceed on after the second round (HR is the first round, the team's director is the second round). A list of questions will be sent your way and you only have to choose one of them, write a 2-4 page report and submit the report within the deadline. The director reviewed my report and proceeded to set me up with more interviews with my future colleagues and manager, a process that allows me to know the team members better. The overall process was extremely positive for me personally.

The first step in the process was a phone call with a recruiter, followed by a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager. This was followed by a writing exercise, with a 1-hour panel interview and one final 45-minute interview the week after the initial interview. Overall, the process took 2 weeks.
