I had to video record myself answering a set of questions and then send it off. The questions were very generic, 'Why do you want a placement at Reckitt?'. A few weeks later I heard back, with no feedback.
Interview was relaxed environment but there are several of them taking place at multiple points throughout a structured day. Interviews sandwiched by a team project. usually technical interview first and personal interview last

The interview was very laid-back and relaxed, making sure I could feel free to answer questions with an emphasis on seeing an individual approach to tackling challenges, rather than wanting a cookie-cutter structured response to the question.
